IDEX Health & Science's new column hardware "PEEK-Lined Stainless Steel (PLS)" is biocompatible. The PLS column combines the strength of UHPLC columns (lsoBar) with the excellent chemical resistance of PEEK polymer, making it suitable for the separation of biomolecules and for use under harsh conditions (such as low pH). This hardware responds to market demands for "enabling a wider range of applications in UHPLC." 【Features】 ■ Applications: bio-molecule analysis, low pH, ion chromatography, bio-inert LC, etc. ■ Pressure tolerance during packing is 20,000 psi (1379 bar) at room temperature. ■ Operating pressure tolerance is 15,000 psi (1034 bar). ■ Maximum operating temperature is 80°C. ■ Removable frit. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
